Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. All replacement requests must be reviewed and approved before a replacement is issued.

Once your request is approved, we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost.
Incorrect Size
If the item you received is not the correct size, please contact our customer support team. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a partial refund. Each request is reviewed individually.
Replacement Processing
Approved replacement orders are processed as quickly as possible after verification. To avoid delays, please ensure all required information is submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Refunds
If a partial refund is approved for a sizing issue, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 2–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
