We proudly ship to customers around the world. All applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered by us, so there are no unexpected charges upon delivery.

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Australia: 6–10 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–15 business days

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and courier services.

  • Deliveries to remote areas may require additional transit time.

  • Express shipping is not currently available.

  • During holidays and promotional periods, shipping times may be longer than usual.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package throughout its journey.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your shipment at any time using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Your order status may include:
Order Confirmed → Processing → Shipped → In Transit → Out for Delivery → Delivered

Didn't Receive Your Confirmation Email?

If you haven't received an order confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact our support team with your full name, email address, shipping address, and order details so we can assist you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. For this reason, we cannot guarantee order cancellations or modifications once an order has been submitted.

If you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships.

Delayed or Lost Orders

Delayed Deliveries

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, unexpected courier delays may occasionally occur.

If your order has not arrived within 21 business days after shipping, please contact our support team so we can investigate the shipment.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check around your property and any safe delivery locations.

  • Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.

  • Contact your local courier for additional delivery information.

If your package is still missing after 3 business days, please contact us and we'll assist you with the next steps.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of all items received

  • A photo of the shipping label on the package

We'll investigate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution as soon as possible.
